Ideally I will need your exact birth time down to the minute, however, if you can provide me with a window e.g. between 3-5am I can check if there are any large changes to your chart during this time. Yes if you wish to have the sessions recorded, that’s no problem! I can record them and send the links to you after the session so that you can revisit them as many times as you like.

You will be guided to book in your first appointment and from there you will be given a code to book in the remaining two sessions. It’s recommended to leave at least 1 x week in between sessions in order to allow integration of information.
